8HUM/Rag2
The immunodeficient 8HUM Rag2-/- mouse model which has applications in anticancer drug development and other diseases where immune deprived models are needed, i.g. infectious diseases.
CypC4KO
A mouse model where all P450’s involved in drug metabolism are deleted in all tissues. Useful to clarify the role of drug transporters in drug distribution and disposition as well as the role of gut absorption in drug bioavailability.

Founded in 2022 by Prof. Roland Wolf, PhaSER Biomedical aims to accelerate the delivery of new therapeutics to market, whilst reducing the risks of drug-drug interactions, through the use of its novel humanised drug metabolism mouse model, 8HUM.
